6 milestone implementation process
- Project Kickoff
The project kickoff meeting marks the beginning of the project.
- Scoping
A scoping document is created by VistaVu with input from the client, which acts as the blueprint for the project.
- Conference Room Pilot
The pilot is a demo of configured environment. Gives key stakeholders an opportunity to see what they are getting and what was designed.
- User Training
User training sessions consists of full training for the client’s users. At this stage stakeholders will sign-off when they feel their staff are adequately trained by VistaVu.
- User System Testing
For user system testing, scripts will be provided by VistaVu. The client will be given the opportunity to test all components of the system and sign-off when they accept that the system is ready to go live.
- Project Signoff Meeting
The last milestone is a meeting with all key stakeholders. The goal of this meeting is for stakeholders to sign-off on the completed live system. This milestone closes the project.
