What is MAS?

Managed Application Services or MAS is a support agreement that provides predictable costing for additional work to get critical post-implementation work done. At VistaVu, we work with companies to secure a set number of monthly service hours that allows us to provide additional expert assistance to help their teams a regular basis.

What are the benefits of MAS?

  • MAS provides a pre-determined, predictable cost structure for companies to easily plan and forecast their year in advance.

How do I determine what my company should be using MAS for?

At VistaVu, we include a yearly ERP Assessment with our MAS agreements to identify areas of improvement and optimization. Conversations with your CSM can identify what your company’s operational goals are and suggest different work you can consider that align to what your company’s objectives are. We’ve help companies prepare for being acquired, improve efficiency of inventory management, increase speed and accuracy of order to cash and many other things.
