Labor Processing
Labor Summary
The Labor Processing view now displays one worker per row, providing a summarized view of their total hours. If a worker has no recorded hours, a dash (-) is shown. For more detailed information on each worker's time entries, users can expand individual rows to view specific ticket details.

Display Total Hours as Sub Types
Users now have the option of displaying labor hours by total sum or split by subtypes by selecting the option from the Display dropdown.

Filter Hours by Status
Hours can now be filtered by All Hours or hours to be released for payroll.

Users can now choose to filter hours by Job Location or select hours for all job locations.

Crew Sheets
Filter Crew Sheets by Date Range
Users can now choose a start and end date range to filter crew sheets.
Customer Export
A customer export function is now provide which will allow the generation of a customer export file.
1. Simply select the Crew Sheets required for the customer export.
2. Then click on the Export button at the top right of the page, and select Customer Export.
3. An export settings dialogue appears. Provide emails and choose the line limit, then press CONFIRM.
When exporting, we also consider the Customer associated with the Job. Some Crew Sheets were for the NWR customer, so we prompt for additional information when exporting.
An export file for each job will be generated from the selected crew sheets. This export file summarizes all the labor data in a .csv file.
Crew Sheet Shift Selector
Crew Sheets now have a selector to define shift. Options available for selection are Day, Night, and Other.
The Crew Sheet list page now has an option to filter the display of crew sheets by shift.
Administration Feature - 'Configuration Files' to configure CSV Reports
Under the Administration section of FieldVu, there is now a Configuration Files section to allow the custom configuration of reports.
Configuration files can be downloaded or uploaded. These templates will be used for the generation of reports. Configuration files can be csv, or excel. Uploaded files will be validated that they contain the required data to generate a proper report. If an uploaded file doesn't contain all the required fields and columns, an error will be returned notifying the user what requirement has not been fulfilled.
